Hi there! I'm Tina, I'm originally from Columbus, Ohio. After spending three years in Los Angeles, I’ve recently moved back to the Midwest and am going back to school for my MEd in Special Education.

I grew up babysitting my neighbors throughout high school and work as a teaching artist at a children's theatre. I love everything creative play, art, music, and I'm also a runner, hiker and play soccer, so I like sports too!

And I have 8 years of professional experience working as a home caretaker for children and young adults with autism and Down syndrome. Working with kids and individuals with disabilities is more than just a job to me. I love playing and being silly with kids, and really getting to know the older people I work with and developing a professional friendship.

I have provided end of life care to my grandparents while they were in hospice. My father had a stroke and I have experience caretaking for him.

I grew up with a brother with autism. I have witnessed my parents experience last minute caretaker cancelations and it completely disrupts their day. So I understand the importance of having a babysitter or caretaker that is reliable, communicative, patient and kind.
