I have been working with Rehabilitation support services (RSS) in Schoharie for over a year now. It is a residential property with 12 clients. I am a Residence Counselor with 3 individuals on my case load. It is my job to prepare them and teach them how to live independently despite having a mental health diagnosis. I absolutely love my job! I am enrolled for the spring semester to finish my degree in Human Services. I am a very compassionate person, and I enjoy taking care of people. I have 3 kids of my own, 23, 16, and 13, I am very good with kids. I strongly believe in positive reinforcement when interacting with children.
