Beware ! Red flag is when someone is unresponsive and lacks ability to communicate, especially when it comes to caring for children. Veronica had showed an interest In the position I was seeking to be filled. Upon speaking several times to settle on what was an acceptable fee , she AGREED and we made plans to meet officially and she was sent a schedule to possibly start in August . After sending her the schedule , she then never gave me the courtesy to respond back whether this was ok or not , but instead chose to ghost me for unknown reasons. I tried contacting her via email and text and gave her numerous opportunities and time to reasonably respond. I feel that someone who is in this profession should exhibit maturity, reliability, good communication skills, and responsibility and professionalism. Well this was untrue in this case. It was very shocking to me as she has children herself. And so I never would expect this from another parent especially! She exhibited a TOTAL lack of DISREGARD and you should beware of considering anyone who would handle a job in this manner . If she can't do right by her profession then that means she may not do right by your child(ren).
