Therese H. Care Companion in Brooklyn, NY 11209

Therese has been working for us since I returned to work in early May. She started when our baby girl was just 3 m/o. We would still have Therese watch her if we were not moving to Florida. As a new mom, I was very nervous to hire anyone. After interviewing many sitters, we found Therese. Immediately I felt comfortable with her and her references made me feel confident she would keep our baby safe and well cared for. Without having to ask, she kept a diary of our baby's feeding schedule, naps, diapers and activities. I like that she kept the baby engaged by going to the park, reading, singing/dancing to music and playing/tummy-time. Another thing that stood out to me is that Therese is not a TV-watcher and keeps her phone put away except for emergencies and to send me updates. Therese also helps with tidying around the house (she is an excellent organizer), doing baby laundry and washing bottles. Most importantly, she genuinely loves our baby girl and wants the best for her! We will deeply miss Therese when we move. Any family would be lucky to have her!
