Most of my experience is working with the elderly in nursing homes. I have assisted with persona care (bathing, clothing, eating), glucose testing and medication administration. Outside of that my grandmother suffered a stroke 2 years ago. For the last 4 months I have taken care of her. I wake her up, cook and feed her all meals, help her into the shower, taking her blood sugar, and help with medication. She has moved back in with grandfather and he is now able to manage her. I enjoyed the experience very much and though I could do it for a living.
