Hello my name is Nissa Ladson Gill. I would like to take some time to give you a brief insight on my experience and credentials. First and foremost let me begin by saying that I am a loving wife of ten years, a mother of three girls but unfortunately my eldest who was 21 died from a rare lymphoma cancer in 2010. I am also a grandmother to two beautiful granddaughter's ages eight and three. I am a 2 time college graduate with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Mgt. I am also the Director of Slide Line Swing, NPO and Founder of NissAngelic Natutal Skin/Hair Care Products and Accessories. My most previous job was in the Human Services clinical field working with the dept of homeless population in NYC. Unfortunately, that job ended for me because of a work related injury. Prior to the above job ,I was employed with Volunteers of America Greater New York as a Case Manager to the HIV/AIDS population for over 4 years ; where I provided clinical case management services to adults throughout the duration of them being in our long term housing assistance program. In addition, in the early 2000's I was a full time care companion to a elderly lady who was a retired professional . My duties included light grooming, light cleaning and cooking, daily walks in the park, grocery shopping with her, assistance with medication consumption; just to name a few. I am also a true bonafied dog , cat and exotic bird lover just to name a few. I have in my home a cat named Kitty, and 2 chihuahuas named MeMe n Cesar. With this being said, I feel my love passion for humans and animals and dedication that I have from my years of experience in the human services field makes me the ideal candidate to be a well rounded care companion to one that desires this service rather it's temporary or long term.
