Hello! My name is Sierra. I’ve worked as a caregiver for adults with intellectual disabilities, elderly, dementia, autism, as well as providing care for my younger sister who also has autism. I’ve worked in home as well as CCS in the community. I’m familiar with the DD waiver and I also have disabilities of my own. If I can be honest, I’d rather work for families individually as I’ve found that companies aren’t places I trust to provide the best care. I personally wouldn’t trust my own family members in. I believe I can provide better care for clients personally, using my training and moral code. I build relationships with my clients and want to make sure they are comfortable and treated with respect.

I used to work as a chef. I have 10+ years of experience working in the industry. I’m familiar with working with special diets/allergies. Meal preparation is another skill I provide.
