I have a 17 year work history as a psychotherapist in the mental health field, and I have worked with a variety of populations in diverse treatment settings. Firstly, I come with compassion, curiosity, and interesting relational questions simply because I love our human experience and our innate need for connection and storytelling. I value elders and the time it takes to gain real, lived experience that carries wisdom.

I am currently hoping to find some part time work with male and female seniors who are seeking care companions and company for social activities. I am able to provide additional services as well.

Regarding reciprocal interests, I am an avid reader, lover of bookstores and libraries, memoir and autobiography genre, certified gentle yoga and meditation instructor, arts and crafts enthusiast, beach walker, bird watcher, business skill building, knowledge sharing, boating, firearms, archery, museums, card games, and novice chess player, to name a few.
