My name is Perlita Cosentino. I am originally from the Philippines. I am 56 years old and have two grown children. I am a certified nursing assistant and home health aide certified. I have an infant and adults CPR certification. I've worked with a lots of geriatric patients , hospice patients and children and child with especial needs. I do helps them in their personal grooming, helps them in their mobilization, bring them on their doctors appointments, monitor and helps them on their medications, I do light housekeeping and cooking for them. I do some grocery shopping and short errands for them too.
