My name I Saudy Egea I am 33 years old and I love music, traveling and learning new things. As a experience, I started working as a companion for my father who has some brain problems and my mother is hypertensive. In my experience with my parents, as an integral component of health care quality, patient experience includes several aspects of health care delivery that patients value highly when they seek and receive care, such as getting timely appointments, easy access to information, and good communication with health care providers. I have several years of experience including volunteering and singing with my church outreach group. I have a bachelor degree as a teacher so I have experience with kids too for 5 years. My teaching experience is positively associated with student achievement gains throughout a teacher’s career. Gains in teacher effectiveness associated with experience are steepest in teachers’ initial years, but continue to be significant as teachers reach the second, and often third, decades of their careers. I can help with everyday activities, such as running pets or cooking meals. I can be a good company during the day to chat, play cards, watching movies and smiling. It is my desire to be helpful and supportive creating several activities being careful with schedules. I want to ensure your child is in a safe, caring, and stimulating environment, with plenty of opportunities to learn and grow every day. I also want an open, positive relationship. For me it’s indispensable the right type of communication to the right person at the perfect moment. Communication is orchestrated through a centralized engine that deploys communications based on patient preference, engagement behavior, and desired outcomes. I consider that understanding patient experience is a key step in moving toward patient-centered care. By looking at various aspects of patient experience, one can assess the extent to which patients are receiving care that is respectful of and responsive to individual patient preferences, needs and values. Evaluating patient experience along with other components such as effectiveness and safety of care is essential to providing a complete picture of health care quality.
As wells, I am from Colombia and I love English. I am not perfect at the moment to speak in English but I can do it and I can teach Spanish and French. To be in this country in my dream came true that’s why I love to work with people and showing another culture.
