Kelley’s Bio
I am a 57-year-old single parent of a 23-year-old daughter who I raised alone and a 3-year-old granddaughter who I help care for. Both live with me. I have cared for my grandmother who suffered from ALS and was one of her primary caregivers before and during Hospice until her passing at home. I also was one of 3 family primary caregivers for my father who passed at age 71 with pancreatic cancer, at home. I have always loved interacting with the elderly from when I was a small child which may have come from being raised by my father and grandparents (his parents) but I enjoyed their company and stories (learned a lot). I also have always enjoyed working with children but when I wasn't raising my own was primarily working to sole support the family.
