I knew from a young age that I wanted to help and care for people. I have worked with children and adults with special needs and love it. I have worked in private homes and group homes. I also enjoy spending time with the elderly. You can learn so much wisdom from them that you can't get from books. I am a CNA II and CPR and First Aid certified. I was the sole caregiver for my mom until she passed away. I let her go with dignity and in her own home. That's exactly how it should be. I am able to give meds and have done it hundreds of times. I really care for people and never look at it as just a job. It's not a job it's a relationship and I truly care. So many people have lost that these days. Giving care means giving love. Everyone deserves that!
