My name is Courtney and I have been babysitting / providing in home adult care for over 15 years. I have 10 years of teaching experience in performance Arts and group fitness. I am a mother of a precious baby boy. I have experience with children and adults ranging from new born to seniors. I work closely with youth groups, non profit organizations, and assistant living homes in the Charlotte area. I’m also a dance instructor and a Zumba instructor. I am CPR and First AID certified. Being an educator and working with others is inspiring. I love teaching and working with both kids and adults. I grew a passion for working with children at a young age. I started babysitting my younger cousins when I was about 13 years old and in high school I used to watch several children from my church, my dance studio, and family friends kids. I developed a sense of responsibility and good work ethic very young. I ended up getting my first teaching job at the dance studio I grew up dancing for and I began teaching the foundations of dance when I was 16 years old to other young dancers. From that experience, I developed relationships with parents that thought I would be a great babysitter for their children because they knew I was a very responsible, caring, and hard working. In college and all the way to my adult hood I have worked as a caregiver and have provided programs and opportunities for family’s and children in need of assistance.
