Hello my name is Tamara. Within the last six months I completed a position for a family of 5. Three children aged 11, 13 and 14. I am also a parent with an adult daughter.
Prior to Covid I worked mornings in a boutique fitness studio in the children's room. I love caring for people. I have cared for others my whole life. Since covid I have worked as a Nanny part time and worked in retail.
Because of a recent surgery I can no longer handle the demands of a retail job and am looking for a position working with children or as a companion. Though at times I held other career positions in Retail as well as im a law firm as a Paralegal I found myself always searching and working other positions in caring mainly for children (substitute teaching, church nursery, pre-school teacher, caring for others. 0 I have now realized since my mother is now in assisted living in Texas that I enjoy working with adults also.
Although I have no experience yet in helping care for adults or be a companion for an adult I know that I have enough patience, empathy, compassion and kindness to be a wonderful companion.

Tamara is a great asset to any family. She is kind, patient, calm, and caring with our 2 young boys (3 and 1 1/2). She especially loves reading to them (as they love it too) and she always comes with a load of new books. Often, my kids can't wait for us to leave so they can spend time reading with her. She has a ton of experience and is very good at handling meals/and bed/naptime. She is also very reliable, trustworthy and respectful of our requests. We feel blessed to have found her as she is the best caregiver we have had.
