Hello, my name is Tianna, but I prefer to be called Anna. Recently, I have worked at Summertree Residential Facilities as a direct support provider. Before this job, I worked at Munson Medical Center as a nurse assistant for a little over 3 years. I was enrolled at Northwestern Michigan College for a few semesters, but now I am taking some time off from school until I am ready to complete a BSN degree. The experience gained with being a nurse assistant has helped me discover my desire to provide a safe and comfortable environment when caring for others. I am hoping my experience over these past few years shows how committed I am for caring for people who need some extra assistance. I am very hardworking and passionate about what I do.

Many of my previous job experiences involved working with, taking care of, and/or guiding people. The time I spent working with people has shown me a lot about my patience, character, and communication abilities. Also, I enjoyed many hours of volunteering with two companies that dealt directly with people and relationships (Big Brothers and Big Sisters and Child and Family Services). My personal home experiences have also helped me practice remaining calm, rational, and reasonable when others seem to be angry and/or frustrated. My most utilized traits of patience, kindness, resilience, and perseverance, will help me provide a safe and professional environment for clients.
