As a middle school teacher for 20+ years and as a granddaughter who was lucky enough to be able to take care of my grandmother in her final years, I have a vast array of experience and knowledge when it comes to working with people of all ages.
I am interested in finding part-time or flexible occasional work as a care-giver or companion to anyone who needs a helping hand. While I do not have any care certifications, I can assure you that I am honest, dependable, respectful and eager to help in any way. I take my work seriously, but have been known to dance while dusting! ;o)
Having two children and living on my own as a single parent, I can cook a simple meal, do general cleaning and am always up for a game of cards or a movie.
I can provide personal references if requested.
