My husband and I have a small service business that I have run from my house for many years. When my now grown children were young it was a wonderful way for me to be able to be home with them and flexible enough to take them their various activities as they grew and still generate income. In addition, I was a care taker for my mother in various capacities throughout her journey with Alzheimer's disease until she recently passed. I have also worked as a 1:1 ABA paraprofessional for autistic children in a public school .
