Hello!
My name is Daniella (or Dani) and I’ve been working with seniors for about 7 years now.
I started off as a waitress at Sunrise Senior Living in Leominster. Between serving residents their meals and performing for them once a month (sing while playing guitar or piano), I knew I wanted to do more for the geriatric population and truly become their caretaker or companion.
I went to school and studied to become a Physical Therapist Assistant, earned my license in 2022, and have been working in the Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation setting ever since!
My role as a PTA is to educate patients and their families on fall prevention strategies; motivate patients to stay active to build strength or maintain their mobility, in order to improve their quality of life.
I’ve had experience working with multiple geriatric patients diagnosed with diabetes, COPD, CHF, fractures and dementia.
I am dementia care certified and have a true passion for senior citizens.
I love Jesus, the outdoors, music, art, coffee and my cat!
I’m looking for a family who needs a companion for their loved one (women only) during the day who may need extra help with running errands, cooking, organizing, ADLs, and staying active.
