Marlaina’s Bio
As a mom baby nurse, I truly enjoy caring for children and helping families in need. I am currently in between hospital contracts and am looking for something in the meantime before my next contract. Through my job as a mom baby nurse, I am ALS and BLS certified in infants and adults. My duties as an RN for infants include: safe sleep practices, car seat safety, care of a choking infant, normal newborn care, and feeding methods. I also have experience with colostrum/mature milk storage and how to properly prepare formula.
I come from a big family and I am an Aunt to 9 children ranging from the ages of 6 months to 15 years old. I have been exposed to children for most of life and enjoy spending time with my nieces and nephews. On my free time, I love being outside and enjoy organizing whether it's simple tasks or coordinating fun activities.
