I am a mother to 5 children ages 7 months to 16 years old. I have lots of experience in customer service and taking care of others. I was a CNA, although my license has expired. While having an active license, I worked for the Wesley Rehabilitation Hospital as a RNT. I also did home health. As my family grew, I had to find jobs that were flexible with my schedule as daycare is so expensive. I have a child with ODD (oppositional defiance disorder) with combined ADD/ADHD so I have experience in behavioral problems as well. Although I do not have any certifications anymore, I strive to provide the best care that fits any one individual’s needs and I adapt quickly to different situations that may arise. I am very patient, caring, supportive and understanding. I want to be a trauma nurse one day and have taken a lot of pre requisite classes to get into nursing school, but I had to put all that on hold to care for my family. I’m very determined to finish, but in the meantime, I’d love to care for others.
