I used to help a former elderly neighbor with various tasks around her house, errands, reading mail, and tool for walks to mail box. She had to move into her daughters house because of her macular degeneration eye problem. I enjoyed sitting with her and listening to her stories especially since she lived through the depression. Also, worked at Lexingston Square Senior Residence greeting, seating, and serving the elderly residents. I also drove an 82yr woman to doctor appointments, grocery store, ran errands for her, medicine management, and helped her around her home. I also assisted an 81 yr old man in the Park Ridge area helping out with similar tasks. I also helped out his wife when she injured her shoulder while she was in a rehabilitation facility and I drove her home after she was discharged.
