Caregiving is an exchange. You hold space for each other. You're not just giving something to the other. They are also giving to you. It allows you to cultivate a more attentive ear. I love it because I learn to listen more deeply. I tune in to the things that matter. It puts you in touch with humanity.

I've been a caregiver ever since a child, after my grandfather was diagnosed with cancer. I spent over twenty years living with and providing emotional support to family members with mental and physical disabilities. I was a personal assistant to my uncle, on and off for almost a decade. I also supported my mother in managing her household and business during her later years. I cared for her for many years, even though none of us knew she was ill.

I am a commercial voiceover by trade, with an interest in modalities of sound. I teach yoga and meditation and do vibrational sound bowl work. I also hold listening & hypnotherapy sessions. I love doing guided meditations. I can also read to your loved ones.
