The pleasure with the elders has been pleasing to me and them.  I help in my almost best to provide them with special care.  Taking them to and from places can put a smile on there face. Letting them do some things by themselve can stimulate the brain and encourages them to remain strong in what may be impossible can be possible.
I want our elders to be healthy and eat healtier, I prepare great meals for them.  I like to hear what they like to eat and encourage them to try new things.  I'm so much into healthier eating and always wanting them to improve there day to day activities.  Exercise is a plus....and let me tell you; working for a elder who is approaching 100 is very much a thrill to see she exercise!  She walks and enjoys shopping....Got to love them!!!
