I have always been drawn to conversations with people older than me. I love listening to stories and the wisdom they possess. I would spend hours with my great grandma every week helping her around her house, playing games or just talking over tea. When she passed I became closer with my grandma. She moved closer and we developed the same kind of relationship. We would talk for hours and I would help her with things around the house. I am very nurturing and loving and enjoy being of service to others. My gram would always say I am an old soul. My kids are grown now and I have an empty nest. My gram and mom passed a few years ago and I was with them both when they died. I miss the deep conversations and connection that we shared. My husband travels for work 4 days a week and I would love to find a companion that I can care for, have great conversations with, play games or do puzzles with , take walks with or run errands for. My nature is to nurture and care for others. That is what fills me up. I love to cook and bake and would love to find someone to do that with or for. I was a CNA and worked in nursing homes when I was younger. I know how to take blood pressure and vitals and can help with medications. I am CPR and first aid certified as well.
