Elaine was timely and professional. She was very good at caring for our son.
No call, no show. We talked on the phone and asked her to show the following morning. We explained we were in a pinch and needed services instantly. The next day she didn’t show, wouldn’t return texts, all calls went straight to voicemail. She left us in a serious lurch.
