My grandmother was not at her best when I was at an age to understand that life is pure. Taking care of her, walking her thru her house because she lost her vision yet she always saw the ground ahead of her. I remember when she had slight dementia, and it was hard knowing she didn’t remember me at all, even though I was there for her,. Every time she was weak. Nevertheless, I would’ve still walked her to the bathroom, even if to her I was a stranger. To me, she was, and still is my everything .
