Caregiving is so rewarding and I can't imagine myself doing anything else! I remember helping my step-grandparents when I was 8 or 9 years old, and it was just natural for me to pursue caregiving as a career. I have experience working as a Certified Nursing Assistant in an assisted living facility as well as in-home care. I have several years of experience with Alzheimer's and dementia patients. Every family I have had the privilege of working with has really become my extended family. Even after a patient has passed on, I still maintain relationships with their family members.
