Hello! I'm Leanna. I have experience working with children ages 6 months to 18 years. I was a camp counselor, swim instructor, nanny, and then preschool assistant teacher. I am CPR certified, trained in first aid and child development, and carry a class E driver's license. I've learned that kindness, serenity, and fun are the most important factors when caring for children. My favorite age group is 3-5 years, I think the formation of their personalities as well as social awareness is fascinating. I have some experience caring for old/sick family members, familiar pets (like a friend's dogs), and I am happy to help in any way! I currently study at UNF, working towards a Masters in Counseling. I love nature, music, art, and swimming. I'd love to incorporate some of those things in my caretaking journey. Overall, children deserve someone who is compassionate, adventurous, knowledgeable, and loving. I hope to be one of those people!
