Why I Love Being a Caregiver
I love being a caregiver because it allows me to make a meaningful impact on people’s lives. I find joy in building trusting relationships, providing comfort, and helping individuals live with dignity and independence. Caring for others aligns with my passion for empathy and advocacy, and I feel fulfilled knowing that my work supports families and their loved ones in meaningful ways.

What Experience I Have
I have extensive experience in caregiving, including over five years of babysitting and volunteering at nursing homes and shelters. As a junior nursing student, I’ve completed clinical rotations, where I’ve provided hands-on care such as monitoring vital signs, assisting with daily living activities, and administering medications. Additionally, my roles as a camp counselor taught me to care for children and adolescents by ensuring their safety, addressing emotional needs, and fostering a supportive environment.
