I am the second oldest of 9 kids. I babysit my younger siblings all the time for my parents. Just a little history of my experience with children, during the 10th grade I volunteered at the hartford public library where I would help students with their homework and during the summer handing out food to kids and making sure they had a great and productive summer. During my freshman year of college I volunteered with connectkids, which is an after school homework program. I also worked at a day care during my sophomore year of college, I played with the kids, put them down for a nap and I also prepare their breakfast and lunch. On to my most recent job, I worked as a mentor at Milner Middle school, I helped students from the 6th and 7th grade that need help with homework, class work and just staying focused in school. I have experience with every age group. Both professional and personal which I believe give me great insight on my interact with kids.
