Though my caregiving experience is minimal and in the form of supporting older adults in my family, I am deeply passionate about working with older adults!
I hold a National Certification in Health and Wellness Coaching and my goal is to specialize as a Wellness coach for seniors. Before this, I would love the opportunity to gain hands-on experience by working as a Care Companion.

I am extremely optimistic, empathetic, creative, and adventurous. I enjoy arts and crafts, outdoor adventures, and music but am always seeking new hobbies to connect with others. My background in Health and Wellness Coaching equips me with tools to promote positive lifestyle habits as well as encourage goal setting and continuous growth. I'd love to bring this knowledge into caregiving by encouraging individuals to stay active, mentally engaged, and most importantly fulfilled and optimistic.

Working as a Care Companion would allow me to build meaningful connections, listen to each person's unique story, and make a positive impact on both of our lives.
