Hi, my name is Veronica and I have been a lifetime resident of Stockton, Ca minus the years I went away to school. I usually work as a child care provider, but I am also concerned with elder issues. When my father was terminally ill, he was neglected by nursing home staff. This has strongly impacted how I feel about about elder care and the importance of respecting your elders. I am so glad that I brought my dad home and cared for him in the final months of his life. I want to be able to help others in this situation so that they never have to go through what my family did.
