Grace R. Care Companion in Santa Monica, CA 90403

I live in the Town of Somerset on Dorset Avenue and have a lot of experience in the Care Companion field. I am an Education minor and Psychology major, graduated from Saint Mary's College of Maryland. I have worked for countless families in Somerset, with children of all ages as well as seniors. I have worked at Sibley Hospital in the Senior Rehabilitation wing as a volunteer and have volunteered at FoxHall Retirement home. I was also in charge of First Aid and CPR last summer at Camp Summerset so I am up to date with both. I have my driver's license as well as my own car. As a former collegiate athlete and Psychology major, I hold a strong passion for working with others. My work experience includes three summers at Camp Summerset with increasing responsibilities. In 2015, I was promoted to office manager as well as teacher. I was responsible for planning, leading and implementing programs and experiences for children as well as organizing and leading a variety of small and large group activities each week. I have held leadership positions in my field hockey teams, and have been selected All-Conference for the CAC in field hockey 2013-2015. Working in the Pet Care field would give me the exact experience I am looking for. I enjoy working with dogs and cats and creating high levels of service for customers. I am very organized, a bit of a neat freak, as well as a team player, which is evident in my eight-year field hockey career. I thrive in fast paced environments; which I believe I would experience. From desk jobs in offices to assisting individuals with intellectual disabilities, I have proven that I am organized, outgoing and a team player.
