When my grandfather was in the early stages of dementia, I attended him throughout his days where he needed to go to town and do errands. I made sure he was physically safe and adequately nourished. I also helped him keep his errands and affairs in order while he was trying to accomplish his to-do list. I also cooked meals for him at home and helped transport his belongings.
