My name is Rio Joy and I’ve worked with the elderly for 5 years. 1 year as a volunteer and 4 years as an activities assistant at a skilled nursing home facility. I also did one on one companionship for blocks of time during the day, sang songs, took walks in the garden and was their hairdresser for a few months.
I enjoying working with every mom/dad - grandma/grandpa because I believe every good human interaction gives life and shows them that they are loved and never forgotten.
