She is so kind and loving towards my son. she is my goto sitter for my 2 year old. She is easy to communicate with, arrives on time and full of energy.

Vivien watched our two girls, ages 15 months and 4 years. Vivien was prompt, professional, and fun. Our girls really enjoyed her and already want her to come back. We will definitely contact Vivien in the future, highly recommend.

Vivien is a pro, charming my 3 year old on 2 babysitting gigs. My daughter hasn't had many babysitters and has never been put to sleep by anyone other than her parents until we had Vivien sit for a date night. She did a couple of hours of get to know you sitting before. Vivien made a great impression. When we introduced the idea of date night to our daughter she was exited to see Vivien again and it was drama free. Highly recommend.

We were visiting SF City from out of state for a work conference and Vivien watched our three and four year olds in the hotel.

She was very responsible and arrived promptly. The children were very well cared for and we felt safe and secure that they were being looked after while we were out.

Vivien watched our 2 children , 2.5 & 5yrs old, in our hotel while we went to a work party. She was prompt & professional. Our boys loved her, she brought books, bubbles & balloons for them to play with. We would definitely hire her again next time we are in San Francisco.

Vivien is a very experienced babysitter. My boys love him a lot after one day of interaction. She read books, singing songs with kids, clean the house in a very efficient way, and provide several information for the mother. I can trust on her. She is the one who I highly recommend.

Vivien is a wonderful Nanny. I would not consider her just a babysitter, since she takes a very active role in the child's well being and future. She would often bring toys and educational materials to the sitting sessions.

She is also extremely knowledgeable in the school system and has great advice on how to navigate the San Fran system, especially for newbies to the area.

Vivien is the best keep secret in San Fran. She's very clam and knowledgeable. Showed up 15 minutes early, brought lots of kid's toys, books. My 5 years old played with her the whole night. When I came back, he's already had a bath, get ready to be in bed, Vivien was telling stories. You are the best Vivien, now I don't need to worry about my night out anymore. Thank you so much!

Vivien babysat our 11 month old and 3 yr old twice while we were on holidays in San Francisco. She was extremely polite, very punctual and incredibly attentive to our boys who had never been babysat by anyone who was not family. She brought age appropriate toys and played with them both. We completely trusted her and she didn't let us down. I would recommend her and use her next time we are here. On a side note, she practiced walking with our baby and two days later he is now a walker!!!!

We hired Vivien through Sittercity to watch our 11 month old daughter for two nights while we visited San Francisco. We were a little unnerved to be leaving our baby with a person we'd never met but ended up SO happy with how things worked out.

Vivian was punctual (arrived a little early), played with and put our light-sleeping infant to bed, and didn't mind sitting in our dark hotel room til we returned. Our daughter loved her and didn't even mind that we were leaving! Vivien brought brand new toys for her to play with which she gave to us to keep and she wrote a detailed description of the night's activities for us to read when we returned.

Vivien was fantastic and I sincerely wish she lived near our home because we would use her for all of our babysitting needs!

We stayed in San Francisco for a week and had Vivien babysit for one night. She had great reviews and an excellent background in educating youngsters, so we met her and knew right away we could trust her with our six month old. She was singing and dancing and making ear-catching sounds for our baby from the get-go even with other people in the room that she didn't know! When she came over to babysit, she brought over a few toys of her own that were very stimulating, as well as some baby sign language sheets which she knew my hubby and I were learning and wanting to teach our little one. She made detailed notes of the evening so that we could tell she was 100% attentive to our little one. I can't tell you how good this made us feel being in a city we didn't know, a hotel room, and finding a sitter through the Internet, but we found a gem with Vivien! She even made notes about different songs and stories that are age-appropriate for our baby, some of which I didn't know, and I appreciate the recommendations. Thank you, Vivien, for helping us feel comfortable and secure knowing our baby was safe and engaged with you while we could relax and have a much-needed date night!

Vivien did a great job with my 7 month old today. She was entertaining and educational at the same time. I was impressed at all she did with a few simple toys she brought (balls, colorful scarves, and a tambourine), that she used to engage my daughter and to explore sight, sound, touch and taste. She also brought a few books to read. She was particularly good with vocabulary, and kept up a running commentary on all the activities, using an appropriate mixture of simple and complex words. It was also a nice touch that she folded the baby's clothes and straightened up the nursery and kitchen. Both Mom and Baby were very happy!

Vivien is very punctual and professional. She comes equipped with toys and books and makes the child feel very comfortable. Most of all, she knows how to juggle and catches the attention of a toddler very quickly! We've been very happy with her and highly recommend her.

Vivien was exceptional! She arrived early and allowed me to provide instructions on babysitting our 2 childrens (1 of whom has autism). Vivien brought some great age-appropriate toys for the kids (bubbles, books, squishy balls). She immediately engaged with them, took them out in our backyard to play with them and they loved her (my kids are usually shy around first time sitters, but warmed up to her right away). She fed them dinner and took great care of our kids. I would use her again and highly recommend her!

Vivien has been regularly babysitting for us one afternoon per week for the past 4 months. I can't say enough wonderful things about Vivien. She has been caring for our very active son since he was 13 months old and he adores her. He is always very excited to see her when she arrives at our place. Vivien has been extremely flexible with our schedule and is 100% punctual (always shows up a little early). She has a true passion for childcare and regularly brings age-appropriate educational toys and books/materials to our place. If my son naps while she is caring for him, she uses the down time to writeup a summary of his activities and her observations of him or tidies up our place. A friend of ours observed her in the park with our son and told us later that she was very impressed with Vivien's attentiveness to our son. We are incredibly grateful for the care she has given our son and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a babysitter.

Vivien babysat for my 5 month old son in our hotel room while I was visiting San Francisco. My son was already in his crib, but I just want someone to watch over him and be with him in case something happens. She came 10 minutes early so I could give her a quick walk through. She didn't watch tv and literally sat by his bedside. Overall very pleased. Highly recommend.
