Hi my name is Jacqueline and i am 27 years old. I currently have some experience with working in a group home as a caregiver. There was 6 clients in the home with different disabilities and health issues including Autism, Bipolar, Slow paste and Hallucinations. During my time while being there i have learned so much from each client such as alot of communication and understanding their needs and figuring the best way to work with each one of them. I was also there to care for their health and making sure they get all the help they need including help keep up with their cleaning, medications, and preparing their meals. I also enjoy keeping them company and do fun activities with them when they are up to it. Also just talking to them and keeping their mind busy is the best thing about the job that i enjoy doing.
