Yuliana’s Bio
My decision to pursue a career in caregiving was sparked by tending to my grandmother. I was able to discover my passion for assisting others and enhancing the quality of life for those in need of care during the more than two years that I provided her with care. My experience helping my grandmother has given me tolerance, empathy, and problem-solving abilities. In order to make sure my granny was secure and well, I learnt how to handle situations fast. I was taking care of her, and I checked on her twice a day. Every time I visited, I assisted with food preparation and housekeeping duties, letting her help me with certain things so she could continue to feel independent. Even though the job was difficult, it was rewarding because it improved my grandma's quality of life. I would be delighted to use my abilities to assist in having the similar influence with someone else.
