Hello I'm Lorena [Lori], my current day job is at a non-profit that has day programs for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. I've been in the social services field for over five years. Primarily came to this field to be part of great opportunities to provide motivation and instructional support towards individuals, and to assure their goals are met in their home, in the community, and in a classroom setting. All while in a safe, fun, and engaging environment. I'm fluent in English and Spanish, I'm a non smoker, good with pets and I have clean driving record. My experience includes interacting and engaging in activities with individuals such as, literacy, easy snack prep, safety skills, safety awareness skills, street safety and community outings too. Furthermore, also part of my experience has been maintaining companionship towards individuals, as their family is out running errands, working, or need time for themselves.
