Hello, my name is Crystal. For five years, I served as a bus driver for mentally disabled individuals, ensuring their safe and comfortable transportation. This role allowed me to develop a deep sense of empathy and responsibility, which later guided me into a more hands-on caregiving position.

For the past seven years, I was a live-in caregiver for a remarkable 97-year-old man until he sadly passed away. This experience was both challenging and incredibly rewarding. My responsibilities included comprehensive care: assisting him out of bed for meals, helping with bathroom needs and diaper changes, administering medication, and providing grooming and dressing support.

As he was bedridden, I ensured he received the attention and care he deserved. I coordinated with the weekly nurse, keeping her informed of any changes in his health, and handled all shopping for our household every two weeks. This role taught me the importance of patience, compassion, and meticulous care.
