Na’s Bio
I've done caregiving for some years in the past. I've experience caregiving with my own family to start off--taking care of my grandmother who had diabetes before she passed. After she passed, I started working in a group home with kids who had Autism. I was there for about 5 years before I relocated and when I did, I started a new job in assisted living, working with elderly again. I also have experience in working in a crisis home for 5.5 years where I worked with adults with mental illnesses. After leaving that job, I started working in a school setting. There, I bonded with a particular student and her mom asked if I wanted to work with her at home part-time. I took up the chance and helped her mom take care of her at home.
Aside from my experiences, I have two children myself who I've raised alone so I know the in's and out's of children (as well as adults/elderly). I have no problem changing diapers, assist with grocery shopping, going on outings, etc.
I grew up in Southern California and now live in the Bay Area, Hayward to be specific. I consider myself to be very organized, reliable, dependable, honest, loving and caring of others. I am currently working full-time at a school and also attend school online part-time to become a Speech and Language Pathologist. I am looking for something part-time, 3-4 hours a day.
Thank you for reading my Bio!
