Julie’s Bio
Hi there!
I am not sure in which way your sister is living with a disability, but I am an extremely compassionate person with a lot of experience working with different types of disabilities. I grew up with an older brother who is severely autistic, so it comes naturally to me.
A little bit about me: I am originally from Connecticut, when to a great Liberal Arts School in Ohio, and them moved out to California to pursue writing. Although, I wouldn't let the creative part dissuade you, I am a very logical, timely, and organized woman. After graduating, I spent time substitute teaching in both CT and CA. I would often work with children with special needs or learning disabilities. This is something that I love to do. I know how important it is to be a patient, inquisitive companion to someone. Given the right fit and present focus, one can really reach someone in a way that greatly improves their life.
I would love to meet your sister and see if she feels comfortable with me. Please feel free to contact me via phone (860-966-6110) or email (julieEdoyle@gmail.com) with any other questions you have.
I hope to hear from you soon!
