• Recognize, respect and maintain professional boundaries in relationships with client and family.
• Various home management tasks including shopping, errands light cleaning, laundry, etc.
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and with toileting.
• Schedule appointments with physical therapist, and other medical appointments, and accompany client during scheduled visits. Discuss client’s progress and needs and work with client to achieve goals and ensure doctor’s orders are followed.
• Plan and manage daily exercising regimen, and manage medication.
• Purchase, prepare and serve food for client and other family members following special prescribed diets.
• Assist client into and out of bed, automobile, wheelchair, and lavatory.
• Managing client schedules and ensure all doctor's appointments are kept.
