I am a CNA And I have been working on this trade for the last seven years. I have all the training to assist a person who needs it. I became a CNA after assisting my elderly father who got dementia and was not able to do his daily routine by himself. That brought compassion to my heart. Compassion that helps me deal with the disorient patients and all the other persons in need.
I am good with this job because I love helping people; and, I have the patience to do it.
Right now, I have elderly neighbor who is getting dementia and I love to take her out to eat or I just go the her house to talk with her and I have to hear the same history again a again; but, I love to see her happy when she talks to me about it.
I believe I am a good companion to a person who needs it. As a matter of fact, before I got the job in a hospital, I was the companion of a lady that had some mental issues.
I’m pretty sure that I am qualified for this job.
