I was in a medical Management position working at multi medical practice clinic for 12 years where I assist senior citizens and physicians with all types of tasks and procedures. Vast majority of our patients were struggling with dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. I work under the guidance of physicians and Nurses to help implement and support care plans, which include providing services to aid in memory care, physical care and psycho-emotional care optimizing their quality of life. I continue planning creative activities customized to the individual based on their physical and mental abilities privately on my own.
It can be challenging at times, but I truly enjoy working with senior citizens and I strive to
make a meaningful difference in the lives.
