My experience and love of seniors dates back to childhood, going to neighborhood facilities, playing the piano, singing and visiting with the residents, healthy ways programs, exercise programs.  I have played the piano/organ for over 40 years and in recent years have entertained residents with sing-a-longs, name that tunes, etc.  My organizational, administrative and computer skills have been honed through my work experience in radio and marketing promotions. 
I have gained a great deal of knowledge in the complementary health and wellness area from my past experience in natural health/foods, yoga school, educational classes and Reiki (relaxation and pain reduction technique which I have been doing for 20 years).  This enabled me to develop various programs for residents to participate with many benefits.  I also worked and volunteered with various hospices in Texas and Ohio, offering Reiki.
