Hello! I am looking for home care assist for my mom who lives on her own. She has impaired mobility due to spine problems and arthritis, mild memory loss.

She needs both morning help and bedtime help, so if someone can do one or both, that would be great.

Morning hours: ~8-10 or 11am on Sat, Sun, Mon, Wed

Evenings: ~7-9pm (or could start earlier) on Sun, Wed

Back-up help on other days or other daytime hours are possible as well.

She needs help with:

- dressing
- showers
- incontinence care
- meal prep
- light housekeeping
- laundry
- medication reminders
- reminders to drink fluids
- getting in and out of bed (she can walk with a walker but only short distances)
- errands
- communicate with me any relevant updates
- helping her complete her physical therapy exercises

She has a car that can be used for outings, errands.

Experience with elder care is needed. Female caregiver preferred.
