I'm looking for care for my mother, 54, who suffered a stroke in August. My mother currently resides in my home with me after my father's passing in June of this year and I've found that while working full-time and having other responsibilities I'm not able to provide her with the thorough care that she could really benefit from. She is quite self-sufficient but needs help with the occasional meal prep, cleaning, and some hygiene (help with her hair mainly). Supervision and helping encourage her to go on walk outside or practice mild exercises would be really helpful, and I think having positive energy with her will just overall enrich her days.
