Overnight care for husband and wife in 90’s

Senior Care:
My parents live in Indepenent Plus in a senior living community. My mother won’t need anything. My father needs someone in case he gets confused about what time it is and may need to be redirected back. to bed.
I would like someone experienced in senior care and with some sort of CPR first aid training. -Most be compassionate and reliable. Light cleaning if necessary. Help with dressing in the am.
