The family requires home care for an 89-year-old female with a history of gout, CHF, COPD, asthma and mild dementia. The person must be CPR and First Aid Certified. Able to provide lite housekeeping, assist with bathing and dressing. Meal prep of a no salt diet (breakfast and lunch) and oversee prescription meds. Also, take vitals and weight in the morning before the start of the day. Lastly and most importantly, provide loving, patient and respectful companion care. Care is needed on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10am-2pm. Thank you in advance for your time and consideration.
